Second post today! I just couldn't think about a color challenge of Dawn without pulling out her gorgeous Damask Designs set. So her is my second card for today, it's for my Swedish teacher - of course in the Swedish national colors, bright blue and yellow :-)

Other: scissors, pigment pen black, corner rounder, Depot yellow polka dot ribbon
