Spring Spatters

Amongst the many current trends and techniques, the one that almost always makes an appearance on my creations: spatters! Ink, paint, spray mist, ... big or teensy tinsey - no matter. So it was a no brainer to take up Cath's Spatter Technique Challenge, just with a springy twist to it. Aaaand to kick it up a notch, we're talking... gasp... one-layer cards!

It's barely visible on the photos above but to give a little something to the butterfly image and to emphasize the delicate nature of the wings, I painted the stamped images with a thick layer of Studio Calico Shine spray mixed with some Ranger Ink Perfect Pearls.

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful weekend :)
